Consultant Profile - Experts are retired and veteran scientists and engineers.
How It Works - Experts are available to Member Companies on an as-needed basis. Each client is provided with an account team that includes an account manager, administrative support, and appropriate technical or scientific advisors. This integrated team assists clients in the identification and definition of needs and project scope and matches the project requirements with the skills and expertise of the experts in their database.
The project engagement process for clients is typically quick and easy. The client project leader contacts the account team to discuss a potential need. The account team collaborates with the project leader to define and develop project scope, success criteria, and timeline.
YourEncore utilizes its database to identify and qualify experts who possess the skills and expertise that match the needs of the project. The qualifications of candidate experts are discussed with the project leader to ensure the best match is achieved. YourEncore coordinates discussions between the client and expert to ensure alignment of expectations.
YourEncore drafts a complete description of the project – the resulting Statement of Work includes project scope, Expert(s) assigned, success criteria, timing, and budget.
Following client approval of the Statement of Work and identification of budget, work begins. YourEncore monitors project progress collects expert hours worked and expenses, and handles Expert payroll. Upon project completion, feedback is obtained from both client and expert.

How to sign-up - The enrollment process takes approximately 30-45 minutes. The application requires:
Resume or Curriculum Vitae
Profile or Summary including a high-level overview of candidate experiences, contributions, publications, etc. and the total years of experience. A listing of core competencies and areas of expertise, degrees & certifications, employment history, and retirement date.
At least 3 references which include name, relationship, employer/title, and contact information.
Payment - Experts may experience differing compensation rates for different projects. Examples include an agreed sum for a pre-defined body of work or a fixed hourly or daily rate for achieving the deliverables and success criteria of a specific project.
